I do much of my consulting in manufacturing, supply chain, and sales where I’ve worked and recruited for over 20 years. The assessment tool is research-based and has been proven to lead to better hiring decisions. It has been used by businesses for more than 25 years. The special value I bring is combining the science-based tool, with my “common sense” business-based understanding of the jobs.
